Attorney or hitman lol

Anyone know a good and inexpensive attorney...or a hitman lol (Hayley)??? I found out that Dom's POS sperm donor told one of my friends he's going to have to find out where Dom goes to school and just show up one day and take him. The scary part is I don't know if I can do anything, because his name is in on the birth certificate. No he hasn't had any contact with him in over 3 years, but I don't know what my rights are if he were to do that to be honest with you. I am slightly freaked out! Anth says maybe we should get Dom a phone too, and that we can have Syd meet Dom at his classroom everyday to walk to the bus with him. We can obviously let his teacher know once we find out who it is too, but it still scares the hell out of me to think that. It has been one of my worst fears for the longest time. So back to the attorney thing...I am pretty sure I can get his rights dismissed due to abandonment, but I don't know how to go about it or what it would even cost us. Basically I just don't know where to start! Any suggestions???

Softball and sickness

I had planned on writing about Anth's all night tournament today, but there isn't much to say. They played 4 games, and lost 3 of them. They played back to back at 7 and 8. Their next game wasn't until 11, and their final game was at 3 in the morning. We got rained on part of the night, and didn't end up leaving the park until 6 AM. It was a long tiring night, but it was fun. Thank goodness my mom took the kids home about 1030, because they never would've made it that long! Anth and them discussed playing fall ball, but I think I'm going to try to convince him not to. I know he loves it, but I am ready for a break until next season.

Yesterday I woke up with the flu. I was puking on the side of the road on my way home from my parents house. I love having people stare at you while you are hanging out a car puking your guts up. It had to be my most pleasant experience ever. Oh and the people staring out the window of their house was fun too. You'd think they'd never seen a sick person before. I, personally, would've turned the other way, because I do not do well with seeing people puke. Apparently I was their entertainment for the day though. I had to suck it up long enough to get through a class for my nephews baptism, because Anth and I are going to be his Godparents! It was a short class luckily, and I came home and laid on the couch the rest of the day while Anth took care of everything around the house and kept me stocked up on sprite. He's so good to me :)

It's official...

Last night was Anth's last night of softball for the acutal league, and as much as I love watching him (and the rest of my family since they are all on a team together) play I am kind of relieved it's over for now. They are doing an overnight tournament tomorrow though. It starts at 7 pm and goes until about 6 am. I know crazy huh! My mom doesn't want to stay all night, so she volunteered to take my kids and my nephew Gabe home to her house for bed. Then us adults get to stay and hang out. Well Anth, my dad, my cousin and my sis get to play ball, but I get to hang out with some of my girlfriends and family members while they play :)

We have lots of stuff coming up. On August 6th my family, my parents, my sisters and their families, my cousin and his family and my aunt and her family are all going to Starvation for the weekend. We get to spend the days on the beach and the nights sitting around a campfire roasting marshmellows and just relaxing together! I can't wait!

The following weekend we are doing family pictures with my parents and my sisters and their families. We haven't had pictures done with everyone since Syd was a year and a half, so it's long overdue. My sister Steph's friend is doing them out at the Great Salt Lake for us. It's been kind of a pain in the butt trying to get everything figured out, but it will be worth it in the long run. I always forget how much goes into getting pictures done. We had to coordinate outfits, because you don't want colors to clash or some to look fancier than others. I have to get me and Syd haircuts, because neither of us have much shape to our hair right now. We had to figure a time when everyone could get together to do it. Like I said lots and lots of planning! I can't wait to see how they all turn out though.

I have to register the kids for school soon too. Since they changed boundaries on us we have to register them during the new student registration on the 11th. They start on the 24th. I can't believe Dom is going to be in 1st grade and Syd is going to be in 4th!!! Where did the time go? I swear I just had them both.

Last but not least...I'm sure you will all tell me I am crazy, but starting in October I am probably going to take on another baby to tend. My cousin Craig and his girlfriend are having a little girl soon, and they asked if I would be interested in watching her so they don't have to deal with all the daycare crap. I told them I'd love to of course, and I will probably quit my computer job once I start tending her. As always my life is hectic and I don't see it slowing down anytime soon, but it wouldn't be my life if it weren't crazy!

My little monkey is 3!

My little Tasia officially turned 3 yesterday! I can't believe how fast 3 years has gone by. She had a whole weekend of birthday celebrations that started with a party at my parents house, and ended with a party at Anthony's parents house. She got very spoiled by everyone! I think she got every present she asked for. It was a good weekend for everyone!

Happy Anniversary!

It was 2 years ago today that I married my sweet hubby! It feels like we have been married forever (we've been together 5 1/2 years), and I grow more and more in love with him everyday. Happy Anniversary baby! I can't wait to see what the rest of our life brings us :)

Lack of sleep = odd sleeping places

Getting up early and getting to swimming lessons has taken it's toll on all of us. Yesterday when I went to get my kids for dinner they were all 3 asleep. Tonight when I went to get them this is how I found Dom....

Yes that is him out could on the bottom shelf of his bookshelf! I don't know how that was comfortable enough to fall asleep in, or why he even chose that spot but apparently he was comfy LOL

4th of July

I have always LOVED the 4th of July!!! It's definitely one of my favorite holidays. I love everything about it...the parade, seeing old friends at the park, the fireworks and BBQing with friends and family :) This year was pretty much the same. We started out with meeting Anth's friend, his girlfriend and their kids to watch the parade. Then Anth and I took our kids to the park. Sydney and Dominic each ended up with a fish and Tasia came home with a frog. After awhile it got to be a little more crowded then we felt like dealing with, and the kids were getting tired and hungry so we headed home to do lunch. After lunch Syd and Dom swam with my nephew while Anth and I hung out with my sister and Tasia napped! We BBQed hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner, and later went to the same spot we have gone for years to watch the fireworks. Was it just me or did the fireworks start WAY later than usual??? We saw the ones in Tooele and were about to give up on the ones out at Desert Peak when they finally started! We came home to do our own fireworks, and the kids thought it was hilarious that one of them was called Butt Ugly! It actually turned out to be everyones favorite one lol I forgot to bring my camera in today, so I will have to post pictures later.

The kids started swimming lessons yesterday. They love it! I wish I was able to put Tasia in a class, but I will have to wait until next year for her. For now she gets to play with my friend's daughter while Syd and Dom take lessons. I will posted pictures after they are done, because I don't want to post a bunch of different times on the same subject!

I need an opinion...

I have had a few days to cool down, but now I want some opinions! Sydney went to Lagoon the other day with a friend of mine for her daughters birthday. She hadn't been to Lagoon since she was 3, so I warned my friend she was nervous for the big rides. My friend assured me they would start her on some small ones first. Sounds great right. Well they didn't, but that isn't even my issue. My issue is that Sydney not only HATED the big rollercoasters and stufff, but they also made her motion sick. She was about to puke on them, so apparently she is going to need dramamine everytime we go do something like that. So anyway...there were a few rollercoasters that everyone wanted to go on and Syd didn't. There were 5 adults and 2 kids. Those 5 adults took that 1 other child and went on 3 different rides while leaving my 9 year old to sit by herself and watch their stuff such as sunglasses, water bottles and cigarettes. I am not happy that they made her sit by herself at such a busy place!!! She is definitely not old enough for that, and I would NEVER leave my child or anyone elses for that matter sitting by herself. I don't care if I had to sit out those rides it's just not something you do. She could have been kidnapped! They were lucky she wasn't. Then there is the fact that they make her watch their cigarettes! She isn't old enough to be in possession of cigarettes, and if you want to take on that disgusting habit by all means go right ahead, but you don't leave my child to attend to your crap while you go have fun! When I told my mom about this she freaked out!!! She said it was all she could do to not leave work and go talk to this friend of mine and that if I don't say something to her she will. I love my friend to death, but I just feel this was beyond careless. Am I overreacting?
