The photographer (Carrie Miller) had 369 images on our photo CD. She did them all in black and white, colored and edited some to look a little different. She was VERY inexpensive too! She only charged us $22.50 per family. That's insanely cheap I think! I think I will go to her for all our pictures from now on :)

Hey cute pics! I love that you are in the water, very unique. Well, as far as painting goes, I only know the very very basics. The dresser was painted when I got it so I sanded it just enough to rough it up, I didn't strip the paint off or anything like that. Then I wiped all the dust off with a damp sponge and my dust-buster vacuum. Then Seth primed it, I asked the lady at Lowe's and she picked out the primer. Depending on the color of paint you choose, they may need to tint the primer for you, so ask the paint desk. Then I painted two coats of the paint I chose. I only bought a quart and it was plenty. I used a roller instead of a brush because I like the smooth looking finish. I really like the way spray painting turns out, because it's a perfectly smooth finish, but it is pretty messy and I'm pregnant and didn't want to deal with breathing fumes or watching my husband make a huge mess with the spray paint. My friend Avree spray painted a table a couple months ago, check it out on her blog. They're on my sidebar as Matt and Avree Ethington. The benefit to spray painting is that it dries quickly and isn't sticky. I'd recommend that for a dresser that kids are going to be touching a lot. Good Luck!
